Southwinds is an oceanfront complex located approximately 1 mile west of Fort Macon State Park. The complex features two swimming pools, outdoor grills, a large, landscaped courtyard and laundry facilities on-site. Each building contains 18 condominiums total, with six condominiums on each floor. Buildings A and F are oceanfront buildings; B through E and G through J are ocean view or ocean side buildings.
